It's midnight and I'm locked out of my client's house. I called six 24 emergency locksmiths, yes six companies and not a single business has someone a live person answer the phone.

My seventh call was to FnLocksmith and I was shocked to get a live person on the phone. Bill was courteous and helpful. He was able to get to me within an hour. It took less than 10 minutes to get me in and the knob mechanism put back together.

I was visiting from Kentucky with some friends when we accidentally locked our car keys in the trunk. We were in the middle of nowhere at 11 PM and called this establishment. Bill arrived within 30 minutes and was super friendly and professional. He thankfully got our trunk open and we got back on the road in no time!
